What kind of researcher do you want to be now and in the future?
In light of the development of a new system to recognize and reward scientific staff, it becomes more and more important to know what kind of researcher you are now and to figure out what kind of researcher you want to be. In this workshop we will (1) provide information on this new system of recognition & rewards, (2) present some diverse career pathways, (3) shed light on the large variety of funding options (4) use interactive formats to determine the kind of researcher you are. This last part will also highlight the benefits of using research intelligence.
We would especially like to invite early- and mid-career researchers to join our session.

In addition, I provide departmental portfolio analysis for baseline and benchmarking purposes. Beyond analysis and advice, I coordinate the Research Intelligence community, develop awareness and training programs for professional services staff and researchers on topics such as responsible research and innovation (RRI), research analytics, data visualisation, and narrative writing for grant applications or career development.
