I facilitate strategic dialogue with faculty management teams and the university board on the basis of responsible research output analysis. In addition, I provide departmental portfolio analysis for baseline and benchmarking purposes. Beyond analysis and advice, I coordinate the Research Intelligence community, develop awareness and training programs for professional services staff and researchers on topics such as responsible research and innovation (RRI), research analytics, data visualisation, and narrative writing for grant applications or career development. I collaborate frequently with colleagues from Erasmus MC, TU Delft and CWTS, Leiden University.
