The mission of our university is ‘Creating positive societal impact, the Erasmian Way’. Funding bodies require you to define the impact your research will have on society. But what is impact and how do we create impact with the research we are doing? In this interactive session the academic lead ‘Societal Impact’, professor Arwin van Buuren and Nicolette Stehouwer, business developer within EUR’s Knowledge Transfer Office will guide you through the impact landscape and will answer all your questions related to defining the impact pathways, evaluate the societal benefits of your project and valorize the results through knowledge transfer. This session is highly recommended if you are planning to participate in the workshop ‘Designing the impact strategy for a research proposal’.
